Last week, VPI successfully deployed a 650MH high vacuum magnetron sputtering coating instrument for customers in cooperation with Micro-Nano Dynamics. This deployment aims to further promote the application of micro/nano robotics and physical field control technology in the biomedical field, and support the in-depth exploration of material science coating and film preparation.

 

Micro Nano Dynamics is a company established in March 2022 that develops, manufactures and operates high-tech life science research equipment and medical device products. Focusing on promoting the application of micro and nano robots and physical field control technology in the biomedical field, the company has developed a number of innovative products with light field and electromagnetic field control technology as the core.

As a one-stop service provider of global sample preparation, vacuum coating and electron microscope consumable services, VPI deployed a 650MH high vacuum magnetron sputtering coating instrument for Micro Nano Dynamics. VPI's high vacuum magnetron sputtering coater has highly accurate coating performance and is able to make uniform and high-quality films of materials in a high vacuum environment.
