Recently, Vision Precision Instruments was pleased to have the opportunity to install and deploy a high vacuum magnetron dual-target sputtering coater (SD-650MHT) for the School of Chemical Engineering at Changchun University of Technology. Recently, Vision Precision Instruments was pleased to have the opportunity to install and deploy a high vacuum magnetron dual-target sputtering coater (SD-650MHT) for the School of Chemical Engineering at Changchun University of Technology. We are honored to contribute to the research in material science at Changchun University of Technology.


 

Installation and Deployment of the Instrument

 

Our team of technical engineers methodically installed and calibrated this high-end equipment at the school. From components to interfaces, we strived to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly.

 

Sputtering coating technology, especially this high vacuum dual-target system, operates with relatively high precision and is suitable for coating both conductive and non-conductive materials. With its dual functionality of DC and RF power, it can modify and enhance the properties of material surfaces at the nanoscale. Laboratory photos vividly capture the critical moments of operating the equipment — the process of sputtering coating a copper target, with purple plasma light flickering in the vacuum chamber, like a glimmer of technology.

From theoretical research to practical applications, from basic science to cutting-edge technology, we anticipate that this high vacuum equipment, along with other domestic and international devices, will aid more scientific research and breakthroughs.
